Ring the Bell Campaign 2018-2019 for Inclusion of Children with Special Needs / Children with Disabilities in Govt. Primary Schools was organized by SPARC India with the support of Jan-Vikas Samiti, Varanasi at Community Center, Mankameshwar Temple Ward, Daliganj, Lucknow city on 21^st March’18.

School for Potential Advancement and Restoration of Confidence or SPARC India, as it is more popularly called, was established in 1996 inspired by self-disability, to provide rehabilitation services to persons with disabilities (PWDs) and their families. Mr. Amitabh Mehrotra (Founder Chairperson and Director of SPARC India) despite having cerebral palsy has undertaken several initiatives to serve disabled persons.
