National Coalition for Education jointly with Oxfam India, Save the Children, SCoRE, and Vigyan Foundation has organized a consultation on “Safe and Secure Education in Schools” on 28^th December’2018, Friday at Karan Bhai Sabhagar; Gandhi Bhawan, Kaisherbagh, Lucknow Uttar Pradesh.

School for Potential Advancement and Restoration of Confidence or SPARC India, as it is more popularly called, was established in 1996 inspired by self-disability, to provide rehabilitation services to persons with disabilities (PWDs) and their families. Mr. Amitabh Mehrotra (Founder Chairperson and Director of SPARC India) despite having cerebral palsy has undertaken several initiatives to serve disabled persons.
